I have developed many moles on the sides of my face (family trait). They've gotten so numerous that I wanted to cover them up. Makeup Forever was recommended. Wow what a difference!! It covers the moles, is light and photographs very well. I highly recommend this product.

Yes, I felt the same way about the price. I purchased today and was really disappointed in the price increase. I think it is really distasteful!

I thought it might work better on type 3 hair, but I guess not. A friend of mine is a 3C and looking for a cheaper Mixed Chicks alternative. It will be interesting to see what she thinks of it. Thanks for commenting!

Thanks! I don't have Meijer in my area, but we do have CVS and they NEVER get new Black Radiance products. For drugstores, I think Walgreen's is it. Also, a couple of Wal-Mart's in my area carry BR and they have an item or two that no one else does. Wierd!

You are so right. It really is a shame that Markwins feels the need to price gouge WOC, but most people probably don't realize the 3 brands are one in the same, so they get away with it. Thanks for your thoughtful comment.

Thanks for your review. I noticed MANY years ago Markwins price discrepancies between their brands. The brands marketed towards WOC (Tropez, Black Radiance) were always higher than their other brands (Wet n Wild, Artmatic) for the exact same products.

I wish I could find these. My CVS and Meijer's sell Black Radiance, but never have anything new. I guess I will wait it out and see if they show up. Great review!

I don't like the product. I have very thick 3c hair, which really gets big if my products aren't right. This product doesn't do anything to define my curls and it gives me a lot of frizz. Very disappointed.

The quality was sketchy. I'd say it's on par with that of Forever 21. So, not that enough to warrant these prices!
